High Holidays 5771/2010 with the Kollel

Rabbi Shmulik Yeshayahu’s expressive services are humorous, meaningful and contain just the right amount of explanation. We host services with prayer books in English and Hebrew so that everyone can participate fully.

No reservations or tickets required!

Special Program for Kids during Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur:
Drop your kids off from 11:00 am–1:00 pm (Yes, you have to take them back!) with our professional staff for a fully supervised children's program.

Please join us for a festive meal at the Maple Grill restaurant. We will be offering an all-you-can eat buffet (the storm before the calm) in preparation for the fast.

Join us for a four-course festive dinner in the West Side’s largest sukkah and celebrate the tradition that brings groups of Jews together in the great outdoors.

Simchat Torah:‘Tanzing’ with the Torah
Share the joys and inspiration of Simchat Torah with hundreds of people who come to eat, sing, dance and rock the l’chaims.

Sept. 30 Service: 8:15 pm, followed by dinner
Oct. 1 Service: 10:00 am, followed by lunch and more dancing (More dancing!) with the Torah for adults and kids alike.


Vodka Latke Chanukah Party: Dec 6 at 8:00 pm

Light the menorah, spin the dreidel and celebrate.

Passover
Come celebrate Pesach as you would at home (minus the prep work) with our amazing, extended Jewish family. Participate in the Kollel Super Seder; famous for its fun, "haimishe" atmosphere, good
food and inspiration. Every year, hundreds partake in a thrilling Seder, led by Rabbi Shmulik Yeshayahu. This is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind event.

April 18 & 19 Service: 8:40 pm, followed by a traditional Seder at 9:00 pm
April 19 &20 Service: 10:00 am–noon

Last days of Passover

Apr 24 & 25 Evening Service: 8:40 pm
Apr 25 & 26 Service: 10:00 am–noon
Apr 26 “Moshiach’s Feast” at 7:45 pm

On the final day of Passover we get a bonus chance to strive for the highest level of freedom, and focus on the Final Redemption. Following the Baal Shem Tov’s custom, we end Passover with a
“Moshiach’s Feast” — a festive meal complete with matza and four (count'em, four) more cups of wine.
