High Holiday Services
$10/day ($3650/year) sponsors services on the High Holidays, one of our most vibrant times of year. Around 400 people choose the Kollel as their synagogue for the High Holidays where our services are beginner-style, which means that they are relatively short and include lots of explanations. And amazingly, the one day that we don’t serve food, Yom Kippur, is probably our busiest day with 400 people attending the kol nidre and neila services.

Of course with lots of good food and wine. Many of the participants are students and/or singles living in Vancouver without family.
Rosh Hashana Dinner
$5/day ($1825/year) can also sponsor a Rosh Hashanah dinner. Around 100 people get together on both nights for services, a home-style meal and meaningful conversation. For many, the Kollel is their home away from home at the time when home is missed the most.

Shabbat Dinner
($610$) sponsors a weekly Friday night dinner. Every Jew in Vancouver knows that they always have a place to go on Friday night. You will be warmly welcomed, served a beautiful meal and given some food for thought by Rabbi Shmulik Yeshayahu. Around 100 people a week connect and reconnect there.
